Imagination Woodworks is a locally owned woodworking company proudly serving homeowners throughout the Houston area. Since 2015, we have been dedicated to designing and building custom outdoor structures that help people enjoy their outdoor spaces in new and meaningful ways.

Imagination Woodworks was founded on a straightforward idea: that families deserve outdoor spaces built with the same care and attention you’d give your own home. Built right, by someone who takes real pride in the work.
As a father first and a builder second, Nick approaches every project knowing the spaces he creates will be part of a family’s life for a long time. He builds playsets knowing a child will spend years on them. He builds decks knowing a family will gather on them for decades. That sense of responsibility shapes every decision on the job site, from materials and design to communication and follow-through. It is not a talking point. It is the standard every project is held to.
Away from the job site, Nick’s household reflects the same character that defines his work. Full of life, a little unpredictable, and never short on personality. His Old English Sheepdog, Chewy, has become something of an unofficial company mascot. The backyard is shared with three ducks, two bearded dragons, and a remarkably resilient goldfish. His two boys keep life moving at a pace that requires both patience and a sense of humor, two qualities that, as it turns out, also make for a better craftsman.
Imagination Woodworks exists because Nick believes that where a family spends their time outside matters, and he has built a business around making sure those spaces are worthy of the moments that happen in them.
